Yushenko will be solving the oil crisis in Ukraine without help of USS. Today he meets with the heads of Russian oil companies. According to Kommersant, Vagit Alekperov, president of LUKOIL, Musa Bazhaev, president of “Alliance group” and Alexander Gorodetsky, president of TNK-BP Ukraine. TNK-BP will be represented by the company’s presidential envoy Robert Dudley and executive director German Khan.LUKOIL have been “rationing” buyers to 10 litres of petrol at their retail outlets to protest against the Ukraine taxation of oil products.
