With a teensy weensy lump in his throat Lord Patel admits he predicted here that Tara Elizabeth Conner, 20, of Russell Springs would be crowned Miss USA 2006, in Baltimore last night."I am an easygoing, down-to-earth girl," Conner said to me in her distinctive Kentucky drawl. "Throughout my life, hardships and different experiences have made me a very humbled, yet strong individual. It is because of these life lessons that I have become the person I am today."
What a girl .... and these two delightful ladies ..... they just got to share a little bit of history with Tara.
