Kiddie Porn - where do you draw the line - on the Railway

This snap was taken at Rawtenstall Railway Station of the East Lancashire Railway this week of a somewhat faded Edwardian (?) enamel sign attached to a fence immediately adjacent to the outside tables of their excellent cafe.

As Chris Langham has gone down for 10 months - it does set one wondering about how what is acceptable / unacceptable for public display changes.

Would Pears soap consider using such an image these days ?

Should ELR display such a poster however authentic ?
