(Telegraph story page link for story no longer operative ! http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/main.jhtml?xml=/news/2008/03/12/nduke112.xml ) The 2nd Duke was a Nazi sympathiser in the 30's and one of his mistresses was Coco Chanel. ...and the Mail on Sunday today ***

A housekeeper , was sacked for spreading malicious gossip on the estate of one of Britain's wealthiest men and lost a claim for unfair dismissal. Frances Hewson was sacked from her £14,000-a-year position on the Duke of Westminster's 11,000-acre estate in Eccleston, near Chester, in October 2001.

Miss Brazdek claimed the Duke bragged to her that he knew how to find Osama bin Laden and talked about his Army role and going to Afghanistan.
Let's face it, you'd need to be paid to fuck this raddled old bastard. Prime heart attack material who could die on you any time. What's his life expectancy doing the horizontal tango wth a hooker ?
**** Well. Well. Well. Gawker report ...
Shillings, the Duke's law firm, repeatedly emailed and called Gawker last night.
"You are publishing a story concerning our client the Duke of Westminster stating that he is "Client 6" as referred to in the FBI indictment against the NY Governor. This is totally untrue and we request it be taken down immediately. In fact, my client was not even in London on the date referred to in the indictment, was in fact far away in the countryside and had many people with him."

Those of a conspiratorial mind will remeber that Robin Cook died on Ben Stack on the Reay Estate - one of the many owned by the Duke of Westminster - refreshing our memory banks Shaphan recorded the following about Robin Cook's death which have been overlooked here ;

"Heather MacKintosh, 29, took the initial emergency call at the Inverness HQ of the Scottish Ambulance Service from a man who came across the couple on Ben Stack, in north-west Sutherland. She said: "Mrs Cook was very upset, obviously, but I tried calming her down by getting her to help with her husband."
"The first call came at 2:23pm from a man saying Robin Cook had suffered a heart attack 1,500ft up Ben Stack. It is believed Mr Cook had been unconscious for several minutes before the emergency call was received. "
"Miss MacKintosh said: "Neither Mr or Mrs Cook had a mobile. I don't know who the man who called was - he didn't give his name. But he said the casualty was Robin Cook. He remained very calm. I spoke to him on how to carry out CPR. When he handed the phone to Mrs Cook I spoke to her and she was very upset."
Norman Baker MP the kelly death theorist was interviewed by the Brighton Argus and made an elementary mistake ..."over the death of Robin Cook, the MP who resigned in protest at the Iraq war. He said: "Robin Cook was on Ministry of Defence land, I believe, when he died and certainly I have doubts over what happened."
Strange that the Duke's estate is confused with MOD land .....He also owns the Grosvenor Esate where you will find the US Embassy.
Very odd.

Lady Patel says the Duke of Westminster is of course Godfather to Prince William - although in November 2004 he did keep away Charles and his horse faced mistress from his daughter' Lady Tamara Grosvenor's wedding to the Catholic Eward van Cutsem which the Queen and Phil the Greek attended.
Big on weddings is her Ladyship.
Meanwhile.....

'Sen. John McCain plans at least one campaign event on his week-long congressional trip to Europe and the Middle East: a March 20 fundraiser in London. An invitation sent out by the campaign says the luncheon will be held at Spencer House, St. James's Place, "by kind permission of Lord Rothschild OM GBE and the Hon Nathaniel Rothschild." '
