Chicago has a problem with rats. In Ravenswood Manor the City Council baited rat traps - signs posted to warn folks included one out side Governor Rod "the Rat" Blagojevich 's back door - which he exited on December the 10th and was caught by the Sun Times photographer.The sign is no longer there.
Another rat left the sinking ship - chief of staff to Rod Blagojevich John Harris, who had been arrested with him, resigned yesterday. His attorney Jim Sotos says his client resigned "because it was the right thing to do, and that's all I'm going to say."
