Terrorism Act section 58A -Channel 4 , BBC and others in breach of photographing constables about their duties guarding Home Secretary

Now here is a conundrum.

Channel 4 (as well as BBC Channels) obligingly showed fillum / video in news items of Jacquie Smith finishing off a punishing day at the Home Office and arriving at 4 pm at the easily identified and distinctive house she sometimes shares with her obliging sister (No dogs, childen or spliffs) .

No doubt ready to shuck of her shoes and settle down with a kebab and a long, well iced G & T... ready no doubt to make a fist at her red boxes with her obliging chinless chum from the office.

Now these fillums (Channel 4 is still up on You Tube herefronted by the scrumptious Victoria MaDonald) show (inter alia)

1. The distinctive Ministry car
2 The mandarin paper / file / red box office wallah
3. The details of the procedure the Home Secretary uses to enter her sisters house
4 . Shots (see above) of Plods with guns loitering outside said property - note also still snapper busy at work.

Lots of other info that would help terrists no doubt - not including Google Earth pics of Plod Slow, Bo, WEave, Duck, Slow, Slow, Slow, Gay pride Wedding Taxi service available directly from Yellow Pages etc.,

Ignoring the fact that the Home loving Home Secretary told Der Spiegel and the German nation this week ..Monday, February 16, 2009 Terrorist attack "Highly likely" Home Secretary tells the Germans but not UK citizens ... We believe that an attack is highly likely and could happen at any time and without warning.

Not only would it appear reckless that she parade publicly in this way - exposing herself to evident and needless risk but also of her sister's neighours ... although they evidently keep a better eye on her movements than Plod.

The taking and use of identifiable pics of the Plods - plus security procedures etc., must surely constitute an offence under the provisions now enacted this week of the Terrorism Act section 58A. @ Para 76 ***

Therefore where do Lord Patel's screen grabs come as evidence ... ? Why isn't Jon Snow / producer / VCR Editor / cameraman / focus puller / best boy, not cooling their heels in Paddington nick and disgorging their DNA, sweaty fingerprints, birth details, drugs preferences etc , etc.,

*** Para 76

(1) After section 58 of the Terrorism Act 2000 (collection of information) insert—

58A Eliciting, publishing or communicating information about members of armed forces etc

(1) A person commits an offence who—

(a) elicits or attempts to elicit information about an individual who is or has been—

(i) a member of Her Majesty’s forces,

(ii) a member of any of the intelligence services, or

(iii) a constable,

which is of a kind likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism, or

(b) publishes or communicates any such information.

Just a thought.

Plod gets new advice on Terrorism Act 2000, Section 44 stop and search procedures - get your free copy now ....

The well informed SpyBlog brings our attention to the publication by The National Police Improvement Agency, on behalf of the Association of Chief Police Officers of updated advice:
Practice Advice on Stop and Search in relation to Terrorism (.pdf)

They bring attention to the statement evidently from Orwell's Ministry of Truth :-

Every person searched under (Terrorism Act 2000 ) section 44 should be told explicitly that they are not suspected of being a terrorist.
Anybody who thinks they may be stopped and searched under Section 44 ( i.e : you intend to walk the dog, take photographs in the street, heckle Jack Straw , assassinate the Queen ) would be well advised to run off a copy and keep it handy.

Not only would it be helpful to check that anything Plod may :
1) Say
2) Do

... conforms to the Act and it's provisions . It might put them on notice that you are well equipped to deal with any such interference to your public progress - Section 2-8 on Photography is essential reading to any happy snapper.

Printers to Hitler, Franco, Ian Smith and now ex printers of banknotes to Mugabe - and potential suppliers of EU wide "smart" cards for immigrants

There is a wonderful paradox that Munich based Giesecke & Devrient, the German banknote printing firm, first started printing currency for the beleaguered Rhodesian Smith regime and seamlessly continued supplying the new regime to now end up supplying basic bank notes which the Zimbabwean central Bank then overprints ... with an increasingly bizarre number of zeroes.

A 500.000 Z dollar note issued last October has been withdrawn as it is now worth US$0.00004 cents officially and even less on the street. A new 50 Z Million dollar note might buy you a couple of loaves.

Now the family owned and run firm (US$2.4 BN sales last year)renowned for Union bashing, has been leant on by the German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier and during a friendly telephone call with the company it was agreed that G & D would halt the regular air delivery of tons of pallets of pre-printed banknotes.

G & D make security papers in their Louisenthal division and have a long history using it to make everything from 1938 Berlin Olympic Games tickets for Adolf Hitler ,to currency for Franco as well as another 100 odd nations. No great fan of the unions, in 2005 the company threatened to move the Lousienthal plant over the border into Slovakia and refused to open any type of the negotiation with the workers and their union. They also have plants in Bavaria and Istanbul.

Notably G & D are also world leaders in "smart" card technology with biometric signatures. As they explain on their website..

"Unlike user authentication based on something the user knows, such as a PIN or password, or something he or she has, e.g. a smart card or other token, biometric systems work by relying on a physical characteristic – something that is both unique and inseparably linked to the person. Whilst PINs, passwords and keys can be forgotten, lost, lent or stolen, biometrics cannot. The user's anatomy itself becomes the means of identification, the biological password."

These include

Physical Characteristics
facial features / fingerprint / hand geometry / eyes (iris, retina)

Behavioral Characteristics
voiceprint / lip movements / dynamic signature / keystroke dynamics

G & D have many patents in the field, many of which will be embodied in the uniform version of the resident permit (see above) that all 27 member states will soon start issuing to third-country nationals. A regulation scheduled for adoption before the end of the year will see the European Union introducing such a card soon.

No doubt Frau Merkel will look benevolently on G&D and no doubt ask her officials to ensure that every effort is made to help G&D to obtain what will be a welcome and no doubt very profitable contract. .... and ensure they have a step on the ladder when it comes to issuing EU wide identity cards.,,, see below ...First they came for the Sheep and the Goats.

Economists are now fighting for ringside seats to see what will happen when the central Bank simply cannot print any more banknotes. They have for a long time been paying state employed staff directly into bank accounts, or issuing bearer cheques with a limited life which will enable them to stutter on for a little while longer.

In all the inane jabber about Zim , all making the improper assumption that the MD are in fact bathed in Christian charity there has been no discussion of what to do about establishing a sound currency. We have discussedthis here and those interested can look at Tuesday, July 10, 2007
Joyce Mujuru coronation due, Mbeke heads the Anschluss as Rand Monetary Area is re-defined

Basically Tomaz Salamao, executive secretary of the Southern African Development Community (SADC), has a proposal that the Common Monetary Area (CMA) should include Zimbabwe. The CMA now has South Africa, Namibia, Lesotho and Swaziland. SADC leaders have mandated Salamao to find an economic solution to the Zimbabwe crisis, and President Thabo Mbeki a political solution.

Alas even with Mr Baoteng (our Ambassador in SA - remember the little weaselly guy with plenty of street smarts ?....) and once raving Trot My Fellow Lord Triesman have been peacefully pursuing this line...with no apparent success.

As we pointed out this would effectively be a South African Anschluss.

Of course nobody at all wants to mention the facts that Mr Mugabe's public relations firm, Cohen and Woods International is run by Mr Herman (call me "Hank") Cohen , who played a major part in getting the murderer Mengistu and his butchering cronies out of Ethiopia and into Zim where they live a life of ease and Mengistu helps plan the wonderful street theatre such as "Operation Murambatsvina," and "Operation Garikai / Hlalani Kuhle ", resulting in detah, expulsion and a diaspora of 4 Mn. unwanted citizens.

James Woods, the other partner in the firm is an ex advisor to President George Bush. Other clients are leaders of Angola and Burkina Faso as is President Laurent Kabila of the Congo.. Cohen is also a member of the panel on Transatlantic Relations and on the Board of Advisors of the National Committee on American Foreign Policy -"Where Leaders meet" ...which is a nonprofit, activist organization dedicated to the resolution of conflicts that threaten U.S. interests.

Perhaps someone in the US should have a quiet word with Herman (call me "Hank") Cohen, after all he is not difficult to find, his firm is in the phone Book in Arlington , Washington DC....1621 North Kent StreetSuite 1619 (Lower Level)Arlington22209 Tel: +1 703 516-9510
Fax: +1 703 516-4547. Curiously enough we get a lot of people from odd Government Agencies based in Arlington caling in and looking at the site. HiYa Folks !!!

Pssst. Gemma (who has a delightful Ulster lilt in her voice) says is that card issued to Wong Yun which sounds suspiciously like "wrong 'un" , shurely not ???

UK Counter Terrorism cock ups - Official : Interpol.

On Friday, November 04, 2005 " Secret Service spread terror message" we posted details of Interpol Secretary-General Ronald Noble addressing the Counter-terrorism Committee of the UN Security Council on Interpol’s work.He claimed then that there were 10 to 15 million stolen passports in use around the world at the present time

"If member countries treated stolen passports like citizens treat their stolen credit cards, then we would have many, many fewer terrorists and organized criminals in the world than we currently do,"

At the time Noble said 87 countries are using an Interpol database on stolen passports - that has now risen to 108 with some 70 countries remaining undecided to join.

Since it's creation in 2002The Interpol database carries information about 11,000 suspected terrorists and seven million stolen passports - which is only routinely used by a 17 countries countries to check visa applications and passports on entry of visitors / immigrants.

On the BBC4 Today programme, this morning, Noble was interviewed by James Naughtie and he claims that the USA and the UK do not access this database although there are no technical reasons preventing them. (BBC ONline report timed 8.08 BST today) They handle some 50 odd requests from the UK per month on a random basis.

Switzerland for example checks 300,000 visitors per month and get 100 hits and France by comparison makes 700,000 checks. CARICOM countries, the EU-style organisation for the small Caribbean states, uses it 80,000 times a month - Lord Patel detailed how it was used during the recent Cricket World Cup during the Woolmer mystery murder / suicide / natural death saga.

Noble also told the Sunday Telegraph "We have the passport numbers, fingerprints and photos of more than 11,000 suspected terrorists on our database. But the UK does not check it against immigrants coming into the country or foreign nationals it has arrested.

"The guys detained last week could be wanted, arrested or convicted anywhere in the world and the UK would not know."

He told the Guradian - "Mr Noble said that Gordon Brown's promise last week to share a list of potential terrorists with other countries had yet to materialize. British citizens might be surprised to find that this watch list announced by your prime minister last week has not been sent to Interpol,"

A spokeswoman for the Home Office last night declined to discuss Mr Noble's accusations says the Scotsman ?/strong>today.

Almost daily we are confronted with the stupidity, incompetence, bone hededness of the Counter terrorism efforts , surely it is time there was a huge shaek up of senior peronnel - starting with that lard arse, Sphincter of the Yard, Commander Peter Clarke.

So far the failures of the authorities are equally matched by the apparent lack of professionalism of the alleged terrists - which is not a balance we can continue to rely on. As Admiral West early in his career lost some defence documents because he breached the rules - one has little confidence in his abilities.

Presumably at some time the real professional terrorists instead of the State organised false flaggers will get their act together....

Pssst!!! wanna Passport, Driving Licence ... ID card ?

Police raided a 2 bedroomed flat in Poplar Grove, Colney Hatch, north London, yesterday and discovered 1,800 alleged counterfeit passports, which they claim have a street value off £1m.

The Identity and Passport Service said the fake passports were of a design which has not been used since 2001 but which will of course be legal for several years to come.

In Manchester the current street price for a fake UK passport is said to be about £200 and a stolen / altered one about £250 .UK driving licences cost about £100.

Five men from Albania, Bulgaria and Kosovo, were arrested ;
Krum Angelov Poibrenski, 31, no address
Kiril Velev, 29, of Ballards Lane, Finchley, north London
Dennis Cenolli, 25, of Collingwood Court, Station Road, New Barnet
Altin Ibrahimi, 30, no address, have all been charged with are all charged with possession of articles to manufacture identity documents and possession of identity documents with intent.

Stoyan Minchev, 28, of Ballards Lane, Finchley, is also charged with one count of possession of articles to manufacture identity documents.
Readers with a long memory may recall Mahieidine Daikh (see pic) a languid and apparently unconcerned 35 year old of Algerian origin (?) was was arrested at Bangkok's Don Muang airport on 2nd August 2005, with 452 fake passports from France, Spain, Portugal and Belgium. He said he had been promised £15,000 to take the passports into London and was routed to fly into Glasgow.

Daikh is reported to have told the Bangkok Police that he had lived in London for 7 years and was granted British citizenship two years ago. The passports are said to be worth £2,000 each in the UK market.
Daikh , who has UK citizenship is now back and living in Wandsworth. Possession of UK passports in Bangkok is apparently not an offence.
