Conservative Party abusing the old, using public humiliation of the tired , confused and bewildered. This must STOP ! ACT NOW. Amazing video

The exploitation and abuse of the old is a matter of rising concern. Consider this clip of a clearly tired, bewildered OAP. Forced to repeat endlessly, meangless, political dogma like some highly trained house pet.

The strain is clearly beginning to show, the rapid eye movements, the carelessly assembled clothing in dull colours, the catatonic stare as the brain tries to connect.... as frighteningly the first signs of Alzheimers creeps in.

We are all facing tough times - please find it in you heart and give generously - The Dame Lady Jane Baroness Pauline Nevill - Jones fund can help these people who, let's face it, have earned a decent retirement... send anything you can to David Cameron C/O Conservative Party Bide - a - Wee Home for Distressed Not so Gentlefolk in their Time.

Next week don't miss our call for doughty working class champion, Baroness Brenda Dean, of Thornton-le-Fylde, Privy Councillor General Secretary of SOGAT at the time of Rupert Murdoch's battles with them and other trades unions and now a mouthpice on for Nu Labour, frittering away her time hanging about the House of Lords.

Except that is when she is working on her second term as Chairman of Covent Garden Market Authority, a post she has held since 1 April 2005 which was recently renewed as the personal gift of her "very, very, good friend" Lord Rooker (The Authority consists of the Chairman and up to 7 members all appointed by the Secretary of State.) in his role as DeFRA Minister for Sustainable Food and Farming.

Her 3 day a week role for the pittance of £48,521 means that she will be very much involved in the redevelopment (including re-locating the US Embassy) of the New Covent Garden Market (NCGM) site (Project Chrysalis - consultants PricewaterhouseCoopers) at Nine Elms in Vauxhall, London. This major program will lead to the selection of a private development partner early in 2009 and will provide one of the largest development opportunities in London for the next decade.

Brenda is still able even at the age of 66 able to drag herself along to Board meetings as a non-Executive Director of Taylor Wimpey PLC (Share price 12 months ago 217 p today 15p Divvy paid last year 15.75p per share) where she struggled along on fees of £50, 000 in 2007 up from £45,000, Dawson Holding PLC (£34,000 in 2007 and £29,000 in 2006) and National Air Traffic Services.

DAILY EXPRESS - VIEWERS APPALLED AS TRANSVESTITE DRESSED AS LADY DAME JANE PAULINE BARONESS NEVILLE JONES APPEARS ON TOP POLITICS SHOW

THE BBC has been accused of “stomach- churning” television after inviting a transvestite dressed like Lady Dame Jane Baroness Neville Jones 69, on to highbrow politics show Question Time.

Viewers of the BBC1 debate programme flooded its switchboard and website with complaints.

As her alter ego Tory shadowy security spokesman pantomime Dame Jane Lady Pauline Baroness Neville-Jones 71,(confirmed spinster) on the panel of Thursday night’s edition, sat alongside Minister Yvette Cooper (AKA Mrs Balls) and prize-winning potter Grayson Perry, 48 on the panel of Thursday night’s edition.

But debate quickly turned to farce when the camera focused on Pauline in a wig and a pale blue gown with a lace-trimmed collar and heavily rouged cheeks.

“It was like a seeing a Rocky Horror show,” wrote one viewer. “Stomach-churning.”

But minutes after the programme ended, complaints began that the BBC was dumbing down. Janice Evans from Glossop wrote on the BBC website: “Unbelievable! BBC you are now officially a joke… your credibility has gone down the pan.” A male viewer stormed: “I refuse to be made a fool of.”

Last night a BBC spokesman said: “The Question Time website openly welcomes and encourages comments from viewers and members of the Lady Dame Jane Baroness Pauline Neville Jones Fan Club, c/o Royal United Services Institute .”

The Torture of Lady Dame Jane Baroness Pauline Neville Jones MUST STOP. NOW !!! Amazing Pictures

Concern is mounting in the Lady Dame Jane Baroness Pauline Neville Jones Fan Club. In hushed tones in the Royal United Services Institute spy masters hidden in their arrases speak of their worries about the mental state of Lady Dame Jane Baroness Pauline Neville Jones ...

Twice this week she has been dragged from her bed, still dressed in her exotic pyjamas, a sad frightened old lady. To be mercilessly grilled, not only by Gavin Esler, but also by the feared Kirsty" Now Minister people are saying" Wark.

She keeps mumbling about 42 days, she cannot stand it any longer , 28 days is enough. Public voices are raised - will the BBC allow her out of her basement dungeon?

Clearly distressed ...is this the way to treat an old age pensioner?...way beyond her retirement? ...wat beyond even her bedtime.

For God's sake ... for her sake, cannot she be left alone? Must she be dragged out gibbering on Tuesday night, then again on Wednesday night, merely for public entertainment, just to be tauntd about things she doesn't know anyhting about?

A sad and lonely spectacle in her once exotic but now fading nightwear.

Is this what we pay our Licence for every year Mr Cameron, Mr Davis. Look into your hearts, can she speak for you any longer ? Deranged, dazed, confused ... THIS MUST STOP NOW.

Geneva Conventions ..."cruel and and inhuman treatment " surely?

Ask yourself .. would you treat a dog like this ?

Do we need "Sir" Alan Sugar to say ...Lady Dame Jane Baroness Pauline Neville Jones ...You're FIRED !!!! ??????

John Reid : “We hope we will leave Afghanistan without firing a single shot” 100 dead, unknown shattered limbs and broken lives , children + women dead

When Britain deployed 3,300 troops to Helmand province in June 2006, then Defence Secretary John Reid said: “We hope we will leave Afghanistan without firing a single shot.”

Earlier on February 27th , Anne Milton MP (Guildford, Conservative) asked John Reid if he was satisfied that there are enough troops in Afghanistan, bearing in mind the lessons from Iraq that ground troops are essential in order to complete missions adequately?

John Reid (Secretary of State, Ministry of Defence; Airdrie & Shotts, Labour) answered ..."Yes, I am satisfied. The hon. Lady will be pleased to know that the Chiefs of Defence Staff fully endorse the force package we are sending. One of the three or four criteria that I laid down before the move south was that the military configuration and size desired by the Chiefs of Staff should be provided, and that was done."

Let us remember the first troops the UK sent to operate outside Kabul was early in 2003 when 60 troops were sent to Mazar-e-Sharif, working as a "provincial reconstruction team". The then Defence Secretary, Geoff Hoon said the team would , "focus on improving dialogue between local warlords and politicians."

Since the success n creep has set in and troop deployment soared.

The first move into Helmand by UK forces was in February 2006. An advance party of 850 personnel from 39 Regiment, Royal Engineers and 42 Commando, Royal Marines, with three Chinook helicopters presence.

On July 2006 it was announced that 900 extra military personnel would be deployed to Afghanistan increasing the size of the UK taskforce in Helmand province to around 4,500 by October, from the (then) current level of 3,600.

On the 1st February last year the part Time Defence Secretary Des Browne , ordered out more troops for southern Afghanistan, so that the total UK forces in Afghanistan under ISAF would be 6,300 by April. Less than 4 weeks later on February 26th he ordered a further 1,400 troops bringing the total up from 5,500 in February to 7,700 by .."the summer".

It is worth remembering that John Reid, when asked by Ann Milton in February 2006 to"list the aims of the UK deployment to southern Afghanistan", answered :

"The international community's involvement in Afghanistan is aimed at ensuring that Afghanistan will never again...
1. Become a breeding ground for international terrorism,
2. (and will do this) By helping the Afghan people to rebuild their
3. Democracy
3. Security
2. Economy

United Kingdom deployment to southern Afghanistan is part of the UN-mandated, NATO - led international security assistance force, which is expanding across the country in support of this commitment.

Let's hope that the grandparents, parents, brothers, wives, children, friends, sweethearts think that the the sacrifice of 100 dead, the maimed, crippled and damaged survivors has been worth helping the corrupt and criminal gangsters who run this country desolated by war.

Who is more of a threat - John “We hope we will leave Afghanistan without firing a single shot.” Reid or the mythical international terrorists?

UPDATE 8.30 am 9th June - BBC4 Today prgramme had Professor Michael Clarke big cheese at the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI) and prominent member of the (recently very quiet) Lady Dame Baroness Jane Pauline Neville-Jones Fan Club. He described the position in Afghanistan as "a stalemate".

He was followed by the blathering Scots solicitor who ,when he is not Minister for Scotland, gets involved in muddling through at the Ministry of Defence. He said "we are making progress" many times and said ,"we have the Taliban on the back foot".

When it was put to him by Mr Stourton that people described the President Mr Karzai as "The Mayor of Kabul" whose writ ran no further than his Palace and who headed a corrupt Government. he replied he was glad that Mr Stourton talked about the "challenges that lie ahead" and repeated that "progress was being made" .. 3 mn Children in school, some of them girls, roads built ("the Taliban start where the road ends")and a "democratic Government".

It was a pity that Mr Stourton didn't ask about the democratic policy of excludimg elected members such as Malalai Joya Wednesday, June 04, 2008 Malalai Joya - telling it like it is in Afghanista. President Karzai - telling lies, more lies and getting unqualified support from the West or the activitoes of the Presidents brothers Mahmoud Karzai ,Qayum and Ahmed Wali who are as he would say "meeting challenges and making progress" in the international drugs trade.

It was also a pity that Mr Stourton didn't ask about the much delayed Minrod replacement which limits the troops ISTAR capabilities - much reduced by the crashing of one of the 2 replacement Reapers - 7th June Grim future for the Reaper - crashed in Afghanistan, short of money in Whitehall- Watchkeeper along real soon now

It ws a pity he didn;t ask about ISTAR capability and the remarks of the coroner at the inquest on the crashed Nimrod - Friday, May 23, 2008 Coroner grounds entire RAF Nimrod Fleet Des Browne another Scots politician , part time Defence Minister ready for a lonely walk in the countryside ?

It was also apity that Mr Stourton didn't ask about his remarks about Dickie Dannatt 's remarks about his brave soldiers being paid less than traffic wardens, and his own unfortunate remarks last year explaining that they were so low paid they couldn't get decent jobs like traffic wardens in civvy street - 6th June Sir Richard Dannatt - War Criminal - Sunday, June 08, 2008
Running the Armed Forces and insulting them simultaneously - a Politicians trick

It was a pity that Mr Stourton didn't ask about sending ships with nothing to launch but a book because their missiles had been stored to "save money" - Saturday, June 07, 2008 Royal Navy ships at sea without Sea Dart guided missiles - to save money - but helping Sebastian Faulks to make lots of it

Nor did he ask any unwelcome questions about replacement tankers ( whose PFI funding is threatened even further by the unwelcome news that "monoline" insurers Ambac and MBIA who insure such PFI projects lost their "AAA" rating from Standard & Poor's last week) - Wednesday, January 30, 2008 AirTankers - MOD PFI financing suffers from Ambac credit rating downgrade - will / can the banks agree a financing deal ?

Nor was he asked about the aerial war and the loss of civilian lives and maiming of women and children as a result of the intensive bombing / strafing ... Saturday, December 22, 2007 Massive escalation in aerial bombing in Iraq and Afghanistan. and see Tuesday, February 19, 2008 Bomb,Bomb,Iran ! Why bother there's plenty of Iraq and Afghanistan left yet

Nor was he asked about the unbeleivable cock up over supply of helicopters and pilots and the massive and incredibly costly shambles of supplying Chinooks - which will happen ..er... well probably ..er.. next year Chinook - National Audit Office - yet more MOD procurement shambles exposed Helicopter suppotr for lifting men and material forcing troops on to roads (leading to looses from mines and IED's has not improved since 2006 - Wednesday, June 04, 2008
We need more, newer helicopters, say stressed pilots (2006)

Professor Clarke and Secretary Browne had 15 minutes running time and blathered, Stourton gave them an easy ride except from asking about the Mayor of Kabul.

Like buses - you start a Committee on Security and Terrorism and the First International Conference on Radicalisation and Political Violence comes by

On 29 March 2007, (Hansard Official Report, columns 133-35WS) Tony Blair (then prime Minister - now bagman for J P Morgan and the Tel Aviv Zionist mafia) announced details of machinery of Government changes to the Home Office and the then Department for Constitutional Affairs.... "a new Office of Security and Counter Terrorism has been established in the Home Office. The Committee on Security and Terrorism (ST) will oversee this work, including international terrorism and counter radicalisation. " More details of the composition of theCommittee are available here.

Lord Patel first reported one of the first semi public consequences which was the announcement of The First International Conference on Radicalisation and Political Violence to be held in London, 17-18 January 2008. This is organised by the International Centre for the study of Radicalisation and Political Violence. *see ICSR website for more information - which interestingly has a "web partner" ...Mr Soros's terrorism.openDemocracy.

It is good to see that Newsnight (as ever) is boosting the State terrist agenda ((C) RUSI )and hauled out the OAP Lady Dame Baroness Jane Pauline Neville Jones to tell us all about how nasty these radicalised Muslims are ..it has apparently (if we are to believe her , and who wouldn't?) reached the level of an ideological struggle. Casually she remarked that Rt Hon Jacqui Smith, Home Secretary will find time from shopping at Tesco for Uzbekistan free cotton underdrawers to meet delegates at the The First International Conference on Radicalisation and Political Violence (including our old friend from Balliol days Sir Richard Dearlove, former head of MI6.)

Speaking of Oxford, Professor Audrey Kurth Cronin kept herself well hidden in the arras when there and now infests the U.S. National War College, after a stint at Nuffield College, where she was Director of Studies for the Oxford/Leverhulme Programme on the Changing Character of War - maybe meeting "Shagger Prescott" whilst he studied bar tending there. Before that, dear Audrey was Specialist in Terrorism at the U.S. Congressional Research Service, Library of Congress, where she advised Members in the aftermath of 9/11. (and who knows maybe before ?) She will be there.

While on the faculty at Oxford, Professor Cronin completed How Terrorism Ends: Lessons from the Decline and Demise of Terrorist Organizations, supported by a grant from the U.S. Institute of Peace (?) . Other publications include Ending Terrorism, How Al-Qaida Ends: The Decline and Demise of Terrorist Groups in International Security and Attacking Terrorism: Elements of a Grand Strategy.

Toni Fabuloso ( a trifle petulantly we felt) was very critical of Lady Dame Jane's rather blotchy face, which matched her cast off her Captain Scarlett Santa Claus jacket (when she and Old (very) Etonian Douglas Hurd were rifling the Serbian/ Yugoslav treasury he put it about she was rather fond of vermilion ..er..underthings - Lady Jane was a thinly veiled mistress of the PM Simon Rusell in Hurd's "the Shaope of Ice" with whom he performs unspeakable acts of ..er..tenderness) . Evidently a trifle infirm, a bit crotchety , the old dear's hearing is holding up well, but the late nights on Newsnight are evidently taking their toll. Anyway she could evidently keep up with the autocue and they kept the wheelchair out of sight.

I think it is rather wonderful how, even though strapped for cash (according to Wednesday's Guradian, ) the BBC and FCO still manage to slip a few bob to the old dear to rant on and help keep her from the soup kitchens and endless games of solitaire living, on fading memories of hot summer Balkan nights with the dashing , young (ish) ex Foreign Secretary...

Perhaps Jacqi Smith could take her shopping to Tesco now and again... she really needs to get out a bit more.

Newsnight's Stephanie Flanders .... Phhhwwooooaaaaarrrrrr!! ...who wouldn't want to discuss Laffer curves with her ?

PS : Newsight reported that tesco and M&S are trying to stop their suppliers using Uzbek cotton picked by children. Reservations were expressed about the feasibility of such a project. Lord Patel designed, part wrote and sold a system using Microsoft Basic under CP/M on a twin floppy (120 K per drive) Z80 Ceedata PC (60K RAM) for a UK cotton spinner which tracked the use every bale from breaking to final yarn, costed the material and provided weekly stock insurance reports - in 1984/5, this was extended eventually (mid 90's) to a multi user VisiBasic network with real time tracking (with bar codes) of every box of spun yarn. Total cost in low tens of thousands over 5/6 years. This was eventually extended to a complete tracking system for Fruit of the Loom in Scotland from spun yarn into sewn T shirts - all the cotton came from the US and the system was used to trace yarn contaminated with polypropylene wrappings whih didn't take up dyes and so raw cotton suppliers could be debited with costs of lost production.(The bar codes were printed on Nomex heat resistant labels to survive the bleach / dye proess)

Such systems (with modern hand held PC's / Palms etc., / wireless technology) are a piece of piss .. it just requires willingness to implement them. As Environmental Justice (who took part in the program - pic of children coton pickers from their website) point out Uzbekistan is the second largest exporter of cotton in the world, selling over 800,000 tonnes of cotton every year. Europe is its major buyer.
There's the rub.

UPDATE : BBC 4 Today program (7.00 am) keeping up the drumbeat about a "known extremist website" had documents calling for jihad ."some in English" etc., earlier this month. radicalisation of younf Muslims ... and also quoting Jerkoff (who is off course now head of US Homeland Security) being worried about stronger controls over European visitors by air to the US...." the aeroplane plot of 2006 and that suggests to us the terrorists are increasingly looking to Europe both as a target and as a platform for terrorist attacks," zzzzzzzzz

BBC ONline maintains the leitmotif "One of the biggest threats to US security may now come from within Europe, US Homeland Security head Michael Chertoff has told the BBC." (well he will tell anyone who will listen to his dire monotone)

UPDATE 8.10 Drive time Prime Time for BBC 4 Today - real live interview with Jerkoff and Professor Peter R. Neumann from the University of London International Centre For The Study Of Radicalisation - apparently the "Al Quaeda in Britain" nonsense only appeared for 1 day and it's claims cannot be verified (surprise surprise).

"How seriously should we regard this ? " says Jimmy Naughtie to Professor Peter R. Neumann ? Apparently these people are "aspirational" ... al Quaeda is an idea that people attach themselve to...it is not a structured organistaion like AQ in Mesopotamia.

"Do you believ that the most likely source of an attack on the US will come from Europe" ..."that is what they are saying in Confgress " says Professor Peter R. Neumann .

The intriguing Professor with a fascinating and rather pachy academic history can be tracked down here ....and here at Kings College. U of L Email: peter.neumann@kcl.ac.uk ...."He is (also) leading a number of research projects that examine the radicalisation of young Muslims in Europe. Other research interests include terrorist strategy, negotiations, as well as foreign policy in the 'war on terror'. "

The book (published Dec 11th 2007) is described as ... "This is the first book to set out a comprehensive framework by which to understand terrorism as strategy. It contends that even terrorism of the supposedly nihilist variety can be viewed as a bona fide method for distributing means to fulfil the ends of policy, that is, as a strategy.

The main purpose of the work is to describe the dynamics of terrorism and evaluate their effectiveness, as well as to theorize upon, and clarify the correlation between, political ends and terrorist means. The text explains the modus operandi of terrorism, and demonstrates how terrorism relies on manipulating the psychological impact of (usually) relatively small-scale attacks. Using a variety of case studies, The Strategy of Terrorism shows how many campaigns of terrorism end in failure when they lose their power to terrify. The authors spell out what a proper understanding of terrorism as a strategy implies for those who want to make terrorism ineffective, and offer a number of policy recommendations derived directly from their critique.

This is the first contribution of strategic studies to the study of terrorism, and will be of much interest to students of terrorism, strategy and security studies, as well as military professionals and policy makers."

There is a fulsome review on Amazon December 25th by a Ms. Plessington (perhaps she got it for Christmas, is a speed reader and has nothing better to do on Christmas Day ?) she commences .."I thought I knew all about terrorism until I read this book. The authors clarify foundational ideas about terrorism which are frequently misunderstood or twisted and glossed over by the media ....zzzz" she gives it a 5 star review and is assiduous in using tags ... al qaeda (1), antiterrorism (1), counterterrorism (1), homeland security (1), insurgency (1), iraq (1), jihad (1), military strategy (1), politics (1), strategy (1), terrorism (1), terrorist (1)

Anyone out there know of Ms. Plessington ?
