Appeal to the Governments and peoples of the world!
Please, help us stop genocide of the small people of the South Ossetia! The small country, which has been constantly destroying for 19 years by Georgian fascists.

And the world community conceal all the atrocities of Georgia for the sake of geopolitical interest of the USA. Conflict resolution is completely in international law.

However, the Georgian side skillfully uses methods of historical falsifications, political insinuations. Georgia enjoys the patronage of a criminal government of the USA, and presents events in the world misrepresented.At the moment the most part of South Ossetia is erased by the Georgian aggressors.

There continue to die elderly, women, children.The death toll is unknown, because of the Georgian side fired them all who tried to help the wounded. Children are among them.

Not comparable with anything Georgian cruelty let know even in 91-92 years. When Georgians at point-blank range shot civilians of South Ossetia, as the example of the bus which was driving with people on bypass road, Zar.

No one will forget it!Georgian fascists made all people go out, from the bus and fired them. They also fired point-blank women and children and kids .

They fired even the little three-year-old boy, who hid away under the body of his mother.

What else can we say of Georgia? They buried people alive, burnt them and tortured them in different methods. After all that the world community is silent and Georgians continue to kill. Saakashvili doesn’t feel sorry for anybody, even for his Georgians.

For him, the notion of "people" and "meat" is not much different and probably, he prefers more the second.There is only one way for peace - it is declaration of the independence by the world community. We call on all decent people of the world not to remain indifferent to the fate of the Ossetian people.

We have been following events in breakaway Abkhazia and South Ossetia (here) for some years and the latest Friday, July 04, 2008 Russian backed breakaway South Ossetian capital Tskhinvali shelled from Georgia , which covered the shelling of Tskhinval resulting in several deaths.

This is a long and convoluted struggle now inflamed because (partly) Russia will not recognise the US manufactured statelet, gangster hinterland and site of huge US base called Kosovo carved out of Serbia. (See KLA is CIA Lab / Bondsteel camp - Byzantine Blog)

So the Russkis are helping the Abkhazians ( a major smuggling route) and South Ossetians (total pop = 70,00)with their special Gazprom gas supply so if the Georgian gas is cut off they remain warm in winter at least. It is also related to the BTC pipeline Baku / Tblisi / Ceyhan and US moves to get Georgia and the Ukraine within the NATO family threatening Russias southern flank.

It is also reported that The Russian President RF Dmitriy Medvedev, said on opening of the special conference of the Russian Security Council, that Russia will not allow the unpunished loss of its compatriots in the Caucasus. " In accordance with the constitution and the federal legislation as the President RF, I am obliged to protect life and honour of Russian citizens, wherever they not were located. Sky News is good, BBC news is but they quaintly refer to the Ossetians as "separatists". CNN has good coverage - they say Georgian forces have shot down two and four Russian aircraft in the same story .

"I saw bodies lying on the streets, around ruined buildings, in cars," Lyudmila Ostayeva, a resident of the South Ossetia capital, Tskhinvali, told The Associated Press.

"It's impossible to count them now. There is hardly a single building left undamaged," she said after fleeing to a village near the Russian border, AP reported.

One U.S. State Department official called the conflict a "very dangerous situation" and said diplomatic moves are afoot around the globe to stop it - having of course done a great deal to stoke it up already.

Novosti Over 1,000 civilians have been killed as the result of an attack by Georgia on the capital of its breakaway republic of South Ossetia, the North Ossetian nationalities minister said Friday.

"According to the South Ossetian information and press committee, the number of fatalities is estimated, according to preliminary information, at over 1,000," Teimuraz Kasayev said.

The Daily Telegraph reveals that a company linked to Mr Abrahams (Durham Green Developments, of whom the named directors are Ruddick and Kidd (but not Abrahams)), received permission last year to develop a new 540-acre business park near Durham after the Highways Agency, part of the Department of Transport, removed its previous objection.

Mr Alexander was the Transport Secretary in 2006 when the block on Mr Abraham's scheme was lifted.

It seems the application in 2003 was withdrawn when Durham City Council told them they would face an "Article 14" block by the Highways Agency, unless they could provide assurances that the development would not cause traffic chaos on the A1M.

Last year they re-submitted the application as the new company , having provided more detailed information about the traffic implications and it was given the go-ahead by the Liberal Democrat-controlled council.

Jan Hillary of the city council is reported to have said the council's understanding was that Durham Green Developments actually belongs to Mr Abrahams.

On a bulky planning file, was a separate report (Appendixx 9.3) on the discovery of badger setts on the proposed development site. On the front page was a post-it note which read: "Confidential!!! The report detailed the discovery in April 2005 of ten badger setts at the proposed site for the new development.

Under the Protection of Badgers Act 1992 it is illegal to interfere with a badger sett or any part of it. Offenders face up to six months in jail and up to £5,000 fine for each offence.
Before any work can go ahead that is likely to damage a badger sett a special licence must be obtained from English Nature. It was not clear in the council documents whether such a licence had been sought by Mr Abrahams.

A multi-million pound business park planned for the outskirts of Durham could create around 5,000 new jobs, developers believe. Outline planning permission has been granted by Durham City Council to establish Durham Green Business Park adjacent to the A1 (M), junction 61, and the nearby motorway service area, at Bowburn, County Durham.

The business park is part of a larger site identified for commercial development and potentially incorporates a rail freight terminal on the main East Coast line. The ambitious plans include 500,000 sq ft of office space, which will incorporate amenity retail space.

Project manager Angus White, director at Naylors Chartered Surveyors – part of the professional team working on the project, said: “Durham Green is a tremendous opportunity to provide offices to a size and quality not really offered in the North East in an environmental setting that international companies are demanding.� Phase 1 will act as a major catalyst for long-term growth.”

The development is being led by private property developer Durham Green Developments in partnership with the Bank of Scotland.

ii) The Claimant’s relationships with colleagues at BP;

iii) Discussions about business ideas between the Claimant and Gordon Brown, the Chancellor of the Exchequer; (M'Lord was Chairman, Advisory Board, Apax Partners)

iv) Discussions at private and/or confidential meetings or dinner between the Claimant and Tony Blair, Peter Mandelson and others;(Tony Blair is Prime Minister)

v) The Claimant’s personal relationships with any other individual or individuals;

vi) Information relating to the Claimant’s private investments and properties – for example the purported information that:

a) The Claimant discussed with the government/Tony Blair/Gordon Brown the prospect of BP potentially taking an important strategic decision.

b) The Claimant discussed with Gordon Brown the possibility of a scheme for the benefit of BP’s customers and Gordon Brown opposed the idea.

c) There was a dinner with the Claimant and Tony Blair which a woman called Ms Hunter had organised on 8 June 2005 and at that dinner Tony Blair discussed life after government and aspects of his own character. ( The person called Ms Hunter may be childhood friend of the Prime Minister who when she ceased working with him on November 8th 2001 and went to work as the energy group BP's ("Blairs Petroleum") director of communications on an estimated £180,000 a year. She is now Mrs Adam Boulton )

d) There was another dinner with the Claimant, Mr Chevalier, Ms Hunter, Peter Mandelson and the latter’s Brazilian boyfriend at the time (referred to as “Reinaldo”), which was held at one of the Claimant’s homes, and at which they discussed European Union policy and Chinese textile quotas.

e) There was another dinner with Peter Mandelson at which Mr Chevalier was present, but Peter Mandelson’s boyfriend was not, at which Peter Mandelson made certain observations.

f) Allegations about remarks supposedly made by the Claimant about colleagues in BP.

g) The Claimant bought a flat in Venice several years ago and used the same agent to buy it as had Mr and Mrs David Beckham. Builders who had conducted renovation works presented him with two bills, one of which did not include VAT. The Claimant allegedly paid cash for that bill and “dodged” his tax bill (strongly denied by him).

h) [The circumstances in which the Claimant and Mr Chevalier met]

i) The Claimant did not wish certain aspects of his private life to be revealed as he thinks it will reflect badly on BP and its brand.

j) Mr Chevalier and the Claimant had a dispute about certain valuable items of personal property following their break up.

k) The Claimant paid for Mr Chevalier’s studies at university.

l) The Claimant paid Mr Chevalier a large sum of money over a four year period.

m) The Claimant and Mr Chevalier stayed at a well known entertainer’s flat in Venice in 2005.

n) While he was watching a programme on television, the Claimant jumped up and made an observation about his personal investment strategy.

o) On the two occasions when the Claimant visited Colonel Gadaffi in Libya he was accompanied by a secret service agent or a former secret service agent.
