Lord Patel : An Apology

It is an apologists world and Lord Patel apologises.

The issuing of the Air Navigation (Amendment) Order 2006 (141A) related in the 2 previous posts, to strip UK citizens of their rights to Data Protection of personal information under EU Directives demanded by the US Government is all very necessary in the "War on Terror".

He apologises for not making this clear.

To whom does this apology apply ?....well ...er Her Most Excellent Majesty the Queen ? ...er ....Her Majesty's Gubment ? ... Parliament and Lords (Spiritual and Temporal) assembled ? ... the Governors of the BBC ? ... er ... George Bush ?
