February 27, 2009 ALI: TRANSATLANTIC TERROR TRIAL TO RESTART FOR SECOND TIME LONDON; HIGH WYCOMBE, BUCKS The trial of eight men accused of plotting to blow up transatlantic jets collapsed for a second time today (Fri) after further problems with jurors. Last week the first jury was discharged for legal reasons after the case had been running for a day.
Curiously we can find no reference in any Press / TV to this decision over Sat / Sun.

If at first you don't convict, trial, trial again & re-select the jury, re-select the jury again.
Mohammed Gulzar was described in April 2008 as a 'key conspirator' and 'the alleged leader' of the terrorist plot, however in September 2008, Gulzar was 'acquitted of all charges and was formally discharged'.
Gulzar appears to be a "shadowy" figure indeed (a Met police photo without his eyes open?) & already on the run from/with British police......
Hmmm...
