Forest Gate protest March of 500,000

A protest march was held today in Forest Gate led by Brothers Mohammed Abdul Kahar, 23, and Abul Koyair, 20, behind a 20ft banner which read "Newham demands justice- the police told the BBC there were 2,000 people , so maybe there were 500,000. Starting from Plashet Park the march was supported by several organisations, including the Muslim Association of Britain, the Islamic Human Rights Commission and Hizb ut-Tahrir. The Newham Conservatives (!) and the Respect Party were also there, along with Stop Political Terror.

Respect MP George Galloway, called for high-level sackings in the wake of the raid and Minister for Pensions Reforms Stephen Timms, the local MP, was in the audience. Gorgeous George, Rula's pussy cat, said "If Mr Timms tells us there was no minister involved, that it was all the responsibility of the police, we must sack Sir Ian Blair.

"But if it was not the Police but the government who authorised this terror raid on Lansdown Road then we must sack the other Blair.

Stephen Timms who seems a nice guy, but as Energy Minister was way, way out of his depth, as he was addressin gthe marchers who booed him loud and long.

The BBC reported him saying : "We need to acknowledge that the police have an extraordinarily hard job to do on behalf of all of us.

Of course the Poolice do a hard job , they get well paid for it. In this instance, with the help of MI5/6/7/8/ they totally fucked up. (Don't foget how one brave Manchester cop lost his life nabbling the so called "Ricin Gang because the Met fucked up in liasing with the GMP - his widow is suing for squillions and I hope she gets it, and it's taken from "Sir" Ian Blair's pension fund)

1. Their informatiion was wrong - dead wrong, and now it appears is from a source of such worthlessness as to be wholly and hugely risible.

2. The surveillance was evidently a joke and known even to the kids (and the alleged terrists - who if real had plenty of waring and time to leg it - which they didn't) in the street.

3. The method of arrest reminds one of the Gestapo knocking in the night. 350 cops involved - luvvly jubbly overtime Sarge.

3. The aftermath demonstrated that they hadn't a clue what to do and simple let the "terrists" free.

4. Even now, they and the Gubment are in denial - hell these guys were Muslims - they had beards - something wrong there shirley.Downing Street keeops parotting the PM is 101% behind the Police - whatever the fuck that means.

I bet that crowd were really, really pleased that Andy Mayman, the mastermind on 7/7 and on this abortive mission got a gong - is he fit to run a crossing patrol ? Apparently the de Menezes suppoerters were also present.
