Henry Asbill , attorney for Sen. David Vitter Rep. L had a motion claiming Madame Plafrey was trying to haras and embarass him to trial Judge James Robinson to quash a subpoena filed on behalf of an unnamed witness thrown out although Henry tells us that his client will plead the 5th if called.
