Man robbed by Banks - Police warn of dangerous suspects wearing Bowler hats and knighthoods

This man may be escaping - if you see him tell the Police immediately. He has been robbed by several banks of many Billions of Pounds ... Northern Rock, Bradford and Bingley, Lloyds Bank, Halifax bankof Scotland , Royal Bank of Scotland.

This man is believed to be Scottish - and have Scottish "friends" ...

He is not armed but if you are a tax papyer he is very, very dangerous .... Don't let him get away.
