21/7 Bombers - Kamlish..What did he know and when did he know it.... who is Mr Asiedu Marquaye Abubakari ??

Stephen Kamlish QC (Tooks Chambers - Prop. M Mansfield)was a counsel to the Stephen Lawrence family, and represented Dr. Harold Shipman. He is acting on behalf of Manfo Kwaku Asiedu 33, who appears to be separating himself physically (he is now sat elsewhere in the dock) andlegally by providing evidence that is unhelpful to his co- defendents in the 21/7 bombing case at the Old Bailey.

Encouraged by his brief, Kamlish, Asiedu said that Muktar Said Ibrahim 29, wanted to carry out something "bigger and better than 7/7".

Stephen Kamlish QC said he had documentary evidence proving Mr Ibrahim, Khan and Tanweer were all in Pakistan at the same time. he asked Ibrahim who he describes as the "emir" of the plot...

"Has there been any discussion between you and them on how to make effective bombs to start a bombing campaign in this country, the first of which was 7/7, the second of which was going to be 21/7?" he asked - which suggests that he is acting more for the prosecution than the defence.

Ibrahim replied: "No."

He then went on to say

"The only two occasions on which the authorities in this country had ever come across an improvised explosive device made from hydrogen peroxide and an organic substance was the 7th of July and the 21st of July."
"Yes," Mr Ibrahim replied.

Which is very curious because there has never been any evidence produced from the scene of the crimes on the tubes or the bus in Tavistock Square that the devices used were based on peroxide based explosives.

There has been much talk of such devices and a lot of hocus pocus, including photographs of devices allegedly found in the boot of a car (which car seems very unclear) at Luton Station - evidence which surfaced curiously in America and not from the Metropolitan Police... and about which Sgt Clark the Sphincter of the Yard remains curiously and resolutely silent.

Curiously Clifford Todd, principal forensic investigator, head of the Forensic Explosives Laboratory in Kent was in charge of dealing with the unknown explosive material (found in the bags on the trains and bus). When first alerted to the four scenes of crime he said there was very little scientific evidence to go on he explained to the court on 8th March 2007.
"Uppermost in our minds were the events of July 7. At that time we were reasonably sure that hydrogen peroxide and organic fuels were concerned in that case. "It looked as though it might be similar, but we had no actual evidence." The forensic specialist, who has 20 years of experience, said he had never come across hydrogen peroxide-based bombs before. BBC 9th March 2007

Clifford Todd, principal forensic investigator, head of the Forensic Explosives Laboratory in Kent with 20 years experience was "reasonably sure that hydrogen peroxide and organic fuels were concerned in that case" ... "he had never come across hydrogen peroxide-based bombs before."

So will someone ask Mr Ibrahim;

1. Where he obtained the evidence that the 7/7 bombs were "improvised explosive device(s) made from hydrogen peroxide and an organic substance"

2. Who provided it to him.

3. When it was provided to him.

Because it appears,he knows something that the Metropolitan Police and Mr Todd don't know... . The kicker is of course, given that Ibrahim agreed with Kamlish's proposition, that HE also knew that the 7/7 bombs were peroxide based.

A point that the highly trained, Rolls Royce mind of Mr Kamlish QC, passed over... and the same with Ibrahim's sleeping brief Mr Carter-Stephenson QC (he acted for an acquitted defendent in the hilarious "Ricin" but no "ricin" plot / laboratory case).

Curious man Mr Manfo Kwaku Asiedu - a man described in court as of "no fixed abode" but who was at the time of arrest living with Yassin Omar. At whose flat MR Asiedu has helpfully explained there was a booby trap bomb which would set London alight.

The prosecution say he came to the UK in 2003 from Ghana on a passport in the name of George Nanak Marquaye ... but they say he may also be Sumaila Abubakari but his nationality is unclear - looks a handy man for the prosecution to know all about.

Oddly there IS a Mr. Kwaku Asiedu Manfo, who is the the son of the Deputy Inspector-General of Police, Dr K.K. Manfo, in Ghana, who lives in London who is mightily embarassed at the use of his name as it appears somehow the bogus Mr Manfo Kwaku Asiedu has appropriated it and used it to secure a parking permit in Finchley. He lives in a hostel and appears to have mislaid his passport.

The Hydrogen Peroxide was purchased by Asiedu (accompanied and caught on CCTV (one that worked) with Ibrahim, at Sally's Hair and Beauty Supplies in Finchley, which he visited 4 times and bought hundreds of litres of the fluid hair bleach)

All very, very odd.... Perhaps someone should ask Mr Todd back to tell us all exactly what the 7/7 bombs (all of them) were made of.

Very, very odd.

This information about the exchanges in court today, came from BBC 2 Newsnight tonight and the Guradian story , the background from previous BBC / Press stories in UK / Ghana etc wher not linked.,.

countless other innocent victims of British state terror....

Sinn Feinn Ard Fheis - Presidential Address 2007
Gerry Adams Dublin today Video here Podcast here

" ....the steady flow of revelations about the level of collusion by MI5, with the RUC and unionist death squads, in the killing of hundreds of citizens during Britain's prolonged dirty war in Ireland, has confirmed what republicans have known for many years.

The British state has yet to acknowledge the truth about this, about the Dublin Monaghan bombings, the murder of Pat Finucane, of Rosemary Nelson, of Eddie Fullerton, and of countless other innocent victims of British state terror...."

... not forgetting a few notches on the stick from the IRA Gerry.

Burnley BNP Bombers - Jury fails to agree - re-trial possibly on July 7th.

Unable to attend court due to Lady Patel being disabled and requiring 24 hour care Lord Patel only got to Manchester Croiwn Court this morning.

To discover that after 9 days trial and three days deliberation by the jury they had to tell the judge they could not reach a verdict and probably could not so the case had been dismissed last night. (On day 2 the trial had to re-start beacuase a juror it was discovered knew one of the defendents)

Former BNP candidate Robert Cottage (49), of Talbot Street, Colne, and retired dentist (not a BNP member) David Jackson (62 - with glasses), of Trent Road, Nelson, had denied allegations of conspiracy to make an explosion with intent to endanger life. Jackson had denied possessing explosives, although Cottage had admitted the offence under the Explosive Substances Act 1883.

Apparently my friendly court usher tells me that they will be re-tied on July 7th - although of course the CPS can still re-consider the case. Apparently Burnley plod were not best pleased.

It must rank as an extraordinary case when the defendent pleads guilty and the jury cannot agree he is guilty as charged.... but some of the exchnages were somewhat bizzarre...

Asked by hs brief Anthony Nuttall QC in cross examination about his political activites Jackson said ...

"No, I do have very strong views but I am too idle to do anything about it. I'm apolitical. The last time I voted was for Ted Heath in the '70s and I've regretted it ever since."

In police questioning Jackson was reported saying ..
"And it makes you think, well we've just given the land away, to another culture, another religion and that's the wickedest thing a nation can do to itself. "It's much worse than being colonised in some war; I mean, it's all happening without a fight and with encouragement from the powers that be."
Which are views that can be heard expressed widely in the saloon bars of Lancashire mill towns any night and probably in Police Station canteens as well.... the expression of such views evidently failed to convince the jury that they had terrists on their hands...... It was at Jackson's house that Police found a bow, some arrows and nuclear protection suits.

Explosives expert Sarah Wilson for the prosecution also failed to impress when she explained that the chemicals found could produce so called , "Touch explosives" and were the only possible things that could be constructed , "for which all the ingredients were present at the house." which Jackson's brief Anthony Nuttall was not challenged when he described them as ..." suitable for "schoolboy pranks" and were similar in strength to toy "cap-gun" explosions.

Ms Wilson, under examination also conceded seven of the chemicals found at Cottage's home were either "pointless" or unnecessary in the production of explosives.

Mrs Cottage who had 2 years previously married Mr Cottage had shopped her husband and said in her written statement (She was unable to give evidence in person due to her health)
" her husband held strong views on immigration and his membership of the BNP had driven "a wedge" between them.

I have seen a change in Rob since he became involved with the BNP four years ago. Rob was becoming very radical in his views and opinions."

Cottage was described as a "very religious" man who would regularly quote and read from the Bible. He would also listen to radio programmes on conspiracy theories."

My friendly usher, a keen movie buff said that the proceedings had all the elements of the Marx Bros in a Flywheel, Shyster and Flywheel sketch...."Absolute barmpots, the pair of them was his judgement, make a bomb, they couldn't boil an egg!"

Unremarkably when Lord Patel visited the area when the case arose, he couldn't find a bad word foreither defendent, near neighbours of Mr. Cottage almost invariably described him as a gent. Mr. Cottage drove a bus for disabled school children.

PS. The two tonnes of ball bearings reported were in fact two small boxes, apparently of some vintage. There was no RPG as reported and the BIO-warfare suits (whose carbon filtering lement has only a 30 month shelf life) can be readily bought at stores, websites that trade in ex MOD equipment.e.g ex IDF Hagor NBC Bio Chem Nuke Suit Kit includes suit + 1 pair of nitrile gloves + 1 pair of booties + 1 roll of duct tape US$400.see pic - Toni Fabuloso informs us that some people use such garments in certain "games" and thereby get their rocks off.. quite what you do with the duct tape she refuses to tell.

Although this pair sound a bit like the lonely sick perverts who do such things aided apparently by amyl poppers so favoured apparently in the wild youth of Eton, and according to his friends by the boy David.

Beckham - the 7/7 Bomber connection ???

Germaine Maurice Lindsay, 19 (born September 23, 1985) was also known as Abdullah Shaheed Jamal, after conversion to Islam and is also known as one of the alleged 7/7 bombers on 7th July last year. He is claimed to be responsible for the bomb that killed 26 people, plus himself, on a train travelling on the Piccadilly line between the King's Cross St. Pancras and Russell Square Tube stations.

He was married to Samantha Lewthwaite, 21 (another Muslim convert) and they, with their their young son lived in Northern Road, Aylesbury. It was from here he drove to Luton Station in his Fiat car to meet the other 3 bombers and is captured on the notorious CCTV still of them entering Luton Station after hanging around for over 30 minutes in the car park, in time to miss the only train that would have got them in London in time to have carried the bombs onto the trains.

It has been subsequently reported that his telephone number was on MI5 files long before the attacks. His Fiat car was linked to a burglary in May 2005, in which a handgun was involved. Lindsay was shown on the police computer as the registered owner, but police inquiries at the time had failed to track the car.
Immediately prior to the 7/7 "bombing" trip this allegedly devout extremist and unemployed Muslim on June 4th visited the Fragrance Shop in his home town of Aylesbury, Bucks, and Milton Keynes and Woolworth's in Aylesbury, spending about £300 in each store. He spent over £900 (US$1,500) worth on men's perfume by exclusive brands such as Jean Paul Gaultier, Hugo Boss and Emporio Armani on a credit card.

The following day (June 5th) he returned to the Fragrance Shop in Aylesbury searching for a bottle of Boss In Motion perfume , which he had been unable to buy at their Milton Keynes branch the day previously. (see pic)

His expenditures on this expensive scent aroused suspicion among the staff. management brought it to the attention of the credit card company who engaged a security company to make enquiries. Noel Hogan, of investigators Hogan and Co International, was quoted at the time, "We were aware of this man's movements in the immediate run-up to the London bombing. As soon as we became aware of his involvement we contacted the Anti- Terrorist Branch. We have passed them our full records. I can say no more." ... and he hasn't ever since.

The Mirror reported this insane bollocks about his purchases and their value to a terrist "bomber" ... (Footnote 1)

"in the hands of Lindsay the alcohol-based perfumes could have been used to fuel bombs with a deadly napalm-style effect, causing hideous burns. The Gaultier fragrances were in metal containers which would have splintered into lethal shrapnel in an explosion. Lindsay bought 10."

His car was towed away from Luton station on the day of the bombings, (!) it is reported to have had both a legal (7 day) parking ticket and a boot (US - trunk) full of explosive materials. There are also reports it contained a agun and ammunition.

The whole confusing tale of the 7/7 bombers cars is further examined here.

The point of this story is that Mr & Mrs Beckham The Real Madrid soccer ace and the former, lissome Spice Girl, have signed a 5 year, multi-million pound deal with cosmetic kings Coty to promote his and hers scents. A men's aftershave / eu-de-toilette ... "Instinct" describes by Coty PR as having "a personality both unconventional and uncompromising… that reinvents the codes of elegant masculinity." The perfume "created" by the multi tasking perfumier wraithlike Victoria sells for £30 (US$40) for a 75 ml bottle.. (Instint ...InnStinked) !?

Well, heroin addicts frequent pharmacies to cop for their methadone and free needles. Because portable, pocketable and high value, top end smells are readily nicked by said NHS free loaders , to off load in the pub for cash to feed their habit....even more.

Yer average addled druggie, not to mentioned yer mid - day pub boozer is not well versed in the olfactory delights of Hugo Boss and John Paul Gaultier like unemployed, car owning, 19 year old Jermaine Lindsay ... but Beckham is a name that rings bells in even the most drug and booze destroyed brain......luvvly jubbly for yer hopped up heroinist. Have it off on yer toes with the "Instinct"....

So Coty have issued a diktat to retailers, that the said smells must be taken away from public access, (and thieving druggies) as sales have slumped and shoplifting has soared.

Apparently this is offset by massive sales success in the Far East - where the whiff of embrocation and sweat is not readily associated with the genius of the ..."beautiful game."

As Beckham's fragrances were only launched recently, Jermaine Lindsay couldn't possibly have bought them.

(1) There is more alcohol in Tesco mouthwash than any scent, and virtually pure methyl or isopropyl alcohol can be freely purchased over the counter from pharmacies, hardware stores, by the litre, as a general cleaner, castte head / CD / DVD / computer equipment cleaner, fuel for paint strippers, camping stoves. Ethyl alcohol can be bought as a substance called whisky - brandy - vodka etc., There is also a very inflammable material called petrol, which you can steal from parked cars or buy at places easily identifiable by the sign "Petrol Station".

Florida adult store owner dead in Chemical warfare attack

Urban terrism has hit Gainesville Fl.

47 year old Jerry Sullivan was evidently a local character - he owned the Cafe Erotica, located just off Interstate 95 in Gainesville FL. , which featured scantily clad dancers...but it closed down last September.

Undaunted , he decided to set up Cafe Risque, an "adult entertainment centre" in nearby Waldo which met stiff resistance...Sullivan told Channel 4 TV that people around Waldo had tried everything from prayer to protest to keep him from opening the restaurant.

Things came to a head when someone used a home made device to flood the premises with a noxious but non-lethal and unidentified gas.

"It comes under domestic terrorism, we're going to look at it as such," said serious looking Alachua County Sheriff's Office Sgt. Keith Faulk. "We're going to prosecute to the fullest extent as we can."

Officials said use of such a device is a first-degree felony punishable by up to 30 years in prison.

The store, which will sell adult magazines, videos and sex toys, is set to open in a couple of months.

"You don't want to hear what I got to say; you couldn't print it on TV," Sullivan said. "I'm coming; this business is coming. It's legal and coming. OK?"

However Jerry Sullivan, who would have turned 48 this Friday, was found dead on Sunday morning by his 14-year-old son.

The Alachua County Sheriff's Office is waiting for the results of an autopsy for his cause of death, but said it does not suspect foul play.
